The applicator is controlled by a touch screen on which operator can very easily enter settings and parameters for a specific package and save them in the machine’s memory. The automatic labeling process begins with a sensor that detects an approaching product.
The machine has a precise adjustment system that allows easy setting of the labeling station and matching it to the labeled product.
Precise label application is done with a superfine roller or brush system individually tailored to the product.
Power supply: 230V 50 (60) Hz
Parameters of the role labels:
- Internal diameter of the role labels: 76mm (to be agreed).
- External diameter of the role labels: 260mm (to be agreed).
- Constant distance between the labels.
Possible additional options:
Hot Stamp date printer for printing on the label
- The font size is 2x3mm.
- The possibility of applying 1-3 lines of text, 15 characters in each line.
- The print is durable and indelible on both paper and foil labels.
Industrial inkjet printer
- The possibility of applying 1-4 lines of text or graphics, e.g. a bar code.
- The total line height is limited to 12.7 mm.
- Printing heights: 2.7 mm, 3.6 mm, 5.5 mm, 8 mm, 10 mm, 12.7 mm.
- Controlled by remote control or 3.5″ LCD screen.
